Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are free from any marks or scents.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your store credit or exchange within 5 business days of arrival.
